Effective: 06.01.14: ALL Fire Sprinkler Contractors Licensed in Arkansas

affidavit the company will be supplying you with all updated
manuals and parts. The supplying company must be a distributor
and must attach a certificate of distributorship to the affidavit.
The company can only be licensed when there is an employee
licensed for the specific type and brand.
